•Asymptomatic healthy adults aged 19 to 75 years who underwent colonoscopy for the ?rst time, or at least not within the last 5 years

•? Under 19, over 76 years old
•? BMI less than 19 and more than 30
•? Intestinal obstruction
•? People who complain of severe constipation (the number of bowel movements is less than 3 times a week. People who take regular or intermittent laxatives)
•? Past bowel surgery history
•? Liver cirrhosis, ascites, inflammatory bowel disease, serious inflammatory disease, etc.
•? People with heart failure or heart disease (ischemic heart disease, coronary artery disease within the last 6 months)
•? Pregnant women
•? Decreased kidney function (serum creatinine> 3 mg / dl for more than 6 months)
•? With symptoms such as bloody stool and severe abdominal pain
•? Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form
