- •Patients undergoing elective PCNL
- •ASA physical status I \& II
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient’s refusal
- •Patient with known allergy to the drugs used in the study
- •Hemodynamic instability.
- •Coagulopathy
- •Patients with significant cardiac, respiratory and hepatic dysfunction
- •Spinal deformity
- •Local infection at injection site
