Inclusion Criteria

1. Children and adolescents ages 8-20 years
2. Diagnosed with classic 21-hydroxylase deficiency: 17-hydroxyprogesterone >10,000 ng/dl and peak cortisol <18 ug/dl after 250-ug ACTH test
3. Treated and follow up at Khon Kaen University Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with the following conditions will be excluded:
1. Diseases or medications affecting bone and vitamin D metabolism except glucocorticoid, calcium and vitamin D
2. Pathological fracture
3. Current or recent (< 6 months) fractures or wearing prostheses or instruments around the BMD measurement site
4. Deformity of the bone at the BMD measurement site
5. Pregnancy
