- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Changes in electrocorticographyTimepoint: 1. ECoG score obtained when dexmedetomidine is combined with isoflurane- recorded after the bolus dose of dexmedetomidine

2.EDP â?? EP; where EP is ECoG score obtained when propofol is administered alone and EDP is ECoG score obtained when dexmedetomidine is combined with propofol

3.(EDI â?? EI) Vs (EDP â?? EP) the comparison of the difference of ECoG score obtained with the use of dexmedetomidine between the two regimes
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Haemodynamic alterations, recovery pattern, intraoperative awareness,Timepoint: Haemodynamics- HR and MAP-Baseline (after placement of subdural grid electrodes), After dexmed infusion @ 1mcg/kg for 5 minutes, After completion of dexmed bolus dose, every fifteen minutes till completion of surgery

Recovery pattern- emergence time and extubation time

Intraop awareness- Brice questionnaire 24 hrs post surgery
