- •Patients admitted with diagnosis of CAP
- •Age – 18 years and above
排除标准
- •Individuals less than 18 years
- •Pregnant women
- •Patients with Hospital and Ventilator acquired pneumonia
- •Patients with active tuberculosis, co-existing malignancy, pseudo hyponatremia, on drugs causing hyponatremia
- •Patients with pre-existing cardiac failure, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease
