Inclusion Criteria
ALL PATIENTS WITH APHAKIA
BCVA GREATER OR EQUAL TO 0.77 LOGMAR
ANTERIOR CHAMBER DEPTH GREATER THAN 3.2MM
ENDOTHELIAL CELL DENSITY GREATER THAN 900 PER MM SQUARE
IOP LESS THAN 21 MMHG
APHAKIC PATIENTS WITH NO PRIMARY INTRA OCULAR PROCEDURE IN LAST 6 WEEKS
PATIENTS CONSENTING FOR 3 MONTHS FOLLOW UP
Exclusion Criteria
No active retinal or corneal pathology and patient should not be on any other topical medications other than anti glaucoma drugs and lubricating drops
Centre involving diabetic macular edema to be excluded but diabetic retinopathy patients can be included
Pediatric aphakia patients
BCVA less than 0.77 LogMar
Patients having no follow up
