Inclusion Criteria
Bilateral Aphakia
Aphakia with fellow eye pseudophakic or having crystaline lens
All Traumatic Aphakia irrespective of corneoscleral tear
Exclusion Criteria
Advanced OSD
Glaucoma being treated or trabeculectomy done in that eye
Decompensated cornea or liklihood of decompensation in future

Name Time Method To observe the best corrected visual acuity after secondary IOL implantation individually for each eye at the end of 12 weeks from date of intraocular lens implantation.Timepoint: 12 weeks after implantation.

Name Time Method Intra and post op complications will be noted. <br/ ><br>Safety of secondary IOL will be analysed <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 21 months
