- •1)primary diagnosis of sepsis/septic shock as determined based on SSC 2012 guidelines.
- •2)Patients > 18 years of age

- •1)Patients < 18 years age
- •2)Pregnancy
- •3)Patients with limitations of care
- •(advanced disease with malignancy)
- •5)Acute liver failure
