Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients admitted to ICU with :
  • •1)primary diagnosis of sepsis/septic shock as determined based on SSC 2012 guidelines.
  • •2)Patients > 18 years of age

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1)Patients < 18 years age
  • •2)Pregnancy
  • •3)Patients with limitations of care
  • •(advanced disease with malignancy)
  • •5)Acute liver failure
