Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1. All children <12 years old admitted to paediatric emergency/ PICU/ paediatric neurology unit with diagnosis of LGBS.
  • 2. Children with LGBS within 16 weeks of diagnosis.
  • 3. Willing to follow up.
  • 4. Availability of smart phone and internet connection with the parents.
  • 5. Informed written consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1. Children with LGBS with >16 weeks after the diagnosis (to exclude SIDP cases)
  • 2 Denial of consent by parent/guardian.
  • 3 Unable to contact the parent/guardian.
  • 4 Lack of smart phone with internet with the family.
