Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. All children <12 years old admitted to paediatric emergency/ PICU/ paediatric neurology unit with diagnosis of LGBS.
- •2. Children with LGBS within 16 weeks of diagnosis.
- •3. Willing to follow up.
- •4. Availability of smart phone and internet connection with the parents.
- •5. Informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Children with LGBS with >16 weeks after the diagnosis (to exclude SIDP cases)
- •2 Denial of consent by parent/guardian.
- •3 Unable to contact the parent/guardian.
- •4 Lack of smart phone with internet with the family.
