Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Undergoing CABG under general anaesthesia and giving consent for the study.
  • •2\)Patients aged between 35\-75 years.
  • •3\)ASA grade 2 and 3\.
  • •4\)Mallampati grade up to 3\.
  • •5\)Ejection fraction \> 40%.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\)Valvular heart disease.
  • •2\)Pulmonary artery hypertension
  • •3\)Permanent pacemaker
  • •4\)Mouth opening \<3 cm.
  • •5\)Thyromental distance \<6 cm.
  • •6\)BMI \>35kg/m2
  • •Emergency procedures
