- •2)Patients aged between 35-75 years.
- •3)ASA grade 2 and 3.
- •4)Mallampati grade up to 3.
- •5)Ejection fraction > 40%.

- •1)Valvular heart disease.
- •2)Pulmonary artery hypertension
- •3)Permanent pacemaker
- •4)Mouth opening <3 cm.
- •5)Thyromental distance <6 cm.
- •6)BMI >35kg/m2
