Inclusion Criteria
- Age= 18 years old; <br>2) Receiving invasive mechanical ventilation therapy without spontaneous breathing; <br>3) Indwelling internal jugular venous catheter is required due to the condition to monitor CVP to guide clinical treatment; <br>4) Daily serum creatinine (Cr) and hourly urine output need to be monitored due to the condition; <br>5) Undergo non-invasive continuous carotid artery Doppler ultrasound blood flow (CADFlow) examination; <br>5) Undergo bedside handheld ultrasound; <br>6) All patients' family members have informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- severe carotid artery stenosis; <br>2) Unable to lie flat; <br>3) internal jugular vein thrombosis; <br>4) Broken neck skin; <br>5) After tracheostomy; <br>6) Receiving extracorporeal membrane oxygenation therapy; <br>7) Acute active hemorrhage; <br>8) Pregnant women; <br>9) cirrhosis with portal hypertension; <br>10) inferior vena cava or portal vein thrombosis; <br>11) uremia; <br>12) Those who refuse to participate in this study.
