Inclusion Criteria
inclusion: willing to participate in the study;mentally alert and able to communicate freely; aged between 18-70 years; healthy sense of smell and taste; able to understand and speak persian
exclusion: who are sedated/confused; addiction; who are psychotic or allergic or respiratory patients; pregnancy; pregnancy; severe pain in admit; posted for emergency endoscopy; previous endoscopy.
