1.Patients willing to sign the informed written consent
2.American Society of Anaesthesiologist (ASA) grade I and II patients
3.Aged 18-60 years of either gender.
4.Patients scheduled to undergo elective surgical procedure.
5.Adequate mouth opening- Mallampatti classification 1 and 2
6.BMI < 30 kg/m2
1.Patients refusal
2.Patients with ASA III or more.
3.Patients with known allergy, sensitivity or any other form of reaction to any drug
4.Patients having trismus or limited mouth opening (Mouth opening < 2 fingers).
5.Patient undergoing oral surgeries.
6.Patients having respiratory diseases.
7.Patients having past history of allergic reaction to either of the drugs.
