Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •chronic non healing ulcers more than 10 cm square
- •ulcer more than 4 week duration
- •sugar levels maintained under control
- •hypertensive patients
- •age above 18 years
- •hemoglobin more than 9g/dl
Exclusion Criteria
- •systemic disorders like CVS diseases, liver failure, renal failure
- •connective tissue disorders
- •pregnant women
- •ulcer site containing necrotic tissue
- •platelets less than 1,00,000/microlitre
- •any infection
- •acute ischemia, gangrene
