1.Age 40 to 65 years
2.All genders
3.Patient with the complaint of pain at the shoulder joint due to Adhesive capsulitis confirmed by Clinical examination, passive ROM (SAB, SER and SIR) measured by Goniometer
4.Goniometer, Digital X-ray, and MRI of the Shoulder Joint to exclude the other causes of pain in the shoulder joint.
5.Patients already undergoing regular oral or topical analgesics or NSAID therapy for painful episodes of Adhesive capsulitis, provided the medications are stopped completely at least 2 weeks prior to study entry.
6.Patients suffering from acute diseases like acute upper respiratory tract infection, acute gastro-enteritis, acute toothache, and acute sinusitis may be enrolled after a washout period of 1week following recovery
7.Patients providing voluntary written informed consent.
1.Severe degeneration of the shoulder joint with marked joint stiffness, evidenced by imaging or other evidence and requiring surgical intervention.
2.Non-ambulant patients
3.Self-reported joint disorders other than Adhesive capsulitis(e.g., inflammatory joint disease, specific arthropathy, severe axis deviations or instabilities, joint or skin infections, joint prostheses of the upper limbs)
4.Intra-articular injections within 2 weeks before study entry.
5.Transplanted shoulder joint.
6.Recent significant surgery in shoulder within last 6 months
7.Patients who are too sick for consultation
8.Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study
9.Diagnosed cases of unstable mental or psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled or life-threatening illness affecting quality of life.
10.Pregnancy and lactation
11.Self-reported immune-compromised state, and
12.Undergoing homeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within the last month.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The shoulder pain with stiffness and difficulty in physical function and daily living activities will be assessed among the Adhesive capsulitis patients by Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) scaleTimepoint: baseline and every month for 6 months
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The general wellbeing and Quality of life (QoL) will be assessed among ASC patients using ORIDL scoreTimepoint: monthly interval for 6 months
