This is a single blind clinical study by using the indivisualized homoeopathic treatment in LM potency in the management of spastic cerebral palsy. the primary outcome is to assess the change in MAS, GMFM, and CPQOL scale at baseline 3rd month and 6th months and the result will be concluded accordingly.

入选标准
- •Children from both sexes up to the age group of 04 to 12 years Mild to moderate spastic CP with speech and social developmental delay Participants/ guardian who are willing to give assent/consent for the study.
排除标准
- •on severe physical disabilities, genetic disorders like Down syndrome, convulsion and sensory disorders like blindness and deafness Children suffering simultaneously from other chronic infections (eg MDR tuberculosis or HIV disease).

时间窗: 15 months | Enrollments-6 months | Follow up- 6 months | Statistical analysis- 3 months | First dose will be given after case taking. | subsequent doses as per the follow ups. | MAS, GMFM and CPQOL will be used at baseline 3 months and 6 months.
Changes can be positive or negative or no change.
