Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Volunteers who agree to participate and sign in informed consent form
- •2\)Men and women aged 18\-60 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adults with underweight ( BMI\< 18\.5kg/m2\)
- •2\) Subjects who have been diagnosed with cancer and other chronic disease such as inflammatory bowel disease except for diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia.
- •3\) Subjects who have taken antibiotics and taken HRT and/or used oral contraceptives within the 2 weeks prior to enrolment
- •4\) Subjects who have been pregnant or have breastfed within 6 month prior to enrolment
- •5\) Any other factor that the investigator thinks will increase subject risk with participation
