- •Patients with Severe Alcoholic hepatitis
- •healthy Controls
排除标准
- •1.Hepato Renal Syndrome
- •2.Hepato Cellular Carcinoma
- •3. Uncontrolled bacterial infection
- •4.GI haemorrhage
- •5.Hepatic encephalopathy
- •6.HIV infection
- •8.Anatomical conditions promoting intestinal stasis or recirculation of enteric contents such as small intestinal diverticula, surgical blind loops, fistula,
- •9.Patients with impaired motility, including diabetes mellites, scleroderma, intestinal pseudo-obstruction,
- •10.Patients who received anti-microbial and lactulose in the month preceding the study
- •11.Patients on probiotics, prokinetics and acid-suppressive therapy, the patient who underwent colonoscopic preparation preceding one week are excluded
- •12.COPD and Active smokers
- •13.Liver disease with other cause
- •14.Jaundice more than 6 months
- •15.AST >500 or ALT >300 (not compatible with alcoholic hepatitis)
- •16.Pregnancy and lactation
