- •Patients diagnosed to have Irritable bowel syndrome according to ROME IV criteria.
排除标准
- •Patients who are already on antibiotic therapy
- •History of prior gastric surgery/ vagotomy
- •History of treatment with any antibiotics during the one month preceding the test
- •Patients diagnosed with other organ failures (heart failure class IV, chronic obstructive lung diseases, chronic kidney disease, HIV, unrelated
- •treatment history with drugs known to interfere with gastrointestinal motility (such as anticholinergics and antidepressants)to present ailment which can influence the outcome of this study
