Name Time Method Mindfulness (FMI), Depression (PHQ-9), anxiety (GAD-7), stress (PSS-4), wellbeing (WHO-5), intervention satisfaction (CSQ-8), adherence (number of completed modules) and acceptance (self-developed questionnaire), various other measures of adherence (e.g., module usage time, login count, number of completed entries in the mindfulness diary, use of buddy feature), usability (SUS), self-constructed questionnaires (e.g., to evaluate persuasive design elements), risks and side effects; data collection before (t0), 4 weeks after (t1; intermediate), 8 weeks after (t2; post-intervention) and 6 months after (Follow-Up, t3) randomisation
