入选标准
- •1) Patients with the ASA PS class III~IV
- •2) Patients scheduled to elective surgery under general anesthesia
排除标准
- •1) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction
- •2) Body Mass Index > 35 kg / m 2 or <18.5 kg / m 2
- •3) Severe liver disease
- •4) Neuromuscular disease or mental illness kidney disease (GRF <30 or under hemodialysis)
- •5) Those diagnosed with metabolic diseases
- •6) Drug addiction or alcohol addiction
- •7) Emergency surgery
- •8) Pregnant women or nursing women
- •9) People who have contraindications to benzodiazepine, sevoflurane, or propofol
- •(Patients who have allergies to drugs or have a history of hypersensitivity reactions)
- •10) acute narrow angle glaucoma
- •11) shock or coma status
- •12) intolerance to galactose, deficiency of Lapp lactase, glucose-galactose absorption disorder
- •13) severe hypersensitivity to dextran 40
