The ability for seeing and hearing perfectly
To be over 65 years old
Exclusion Criteria
To Have asthma and respiratory and heart diseases
Movement problems and maim and using crutches and wheelchairs
Antecedent of heart attack
Antecedent of anesthesia
Skull Serious injury
To be blind and deaf
