Inclusion Criteria
  1. Patients with hip fracture diagnosed by X-ray or CT and aged =60 years;<br>2) Conscious and awake, with some cognitive and textual comprehension ability, and able to clearly express their inner feelings;<br>3) Knowledge of the purpose of this study, signing informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
  1. Early postoperative complications of immobility;<br>2) Those who were uncooperative or asked to withdraw midway during the instructed activity;<br>3) Patients who die during hospitalization; <br>4) Those whose condition is more critical or whose condition may change at any time;<br>5) Patients who have not undergone surgical treatment.
