1. All ages (of either sex).
2. Patients with newly diagnosed osteosarcoma.
3. Patients who have not received chemotherapy previously.
1. Patients unwilling to give informed consent.
2. Patients with disease recurrence.
3. Patients with any relative or absolute contraindications for surgery.
4. Patient receiving any other chemotherapy regimen.

5. Patient who has already started neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
6. Patient who is unable to undergo research biopsy or surgical resection.
7. Patients of osteosarcoma secondary to any other bone pathology.
