- •patient more than 18 yrs with acte onset dyspnea with respiratory rate more than 20 breaths per minute,saturation less than 95%at room air,use of accessory muscles of respiration

- •primary mental disability
- •Thoraco-abdominal trauma
- •Known case of patient with singular history of asthma
- •Pregnant patient
- •Lactating patient
