Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •patient more than 18 yrs with acte onset dyspnea with respiratory rate more than 20 breaths per minute,saturation less than 95%at room air,use of accessory muscles of respiration

Exclusion Criteria

  • •primary mental disability
  • •Thoraco\-abdominal trauma
  • •Known case of patient with singular history of asthma
  • •Pregnant patient
  • •Lactating patient
