入选标准
- •ASA I ¿ III of both sex, between 18 and 60 years undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgeries
排除标准
- •Open surgeries.
- •- If the surgery proceeded to laparotomy.
- •- BMI ¿ 35 Kg/m.
- •- Known allergy or hypersensitivity against levobupivacaine, other amino-amide local anesthetics, or dexmedetomidine.
- •- Coagulopathy; septicemia.
- •- Abnormalities in ECG that are considered clinically relevant like AV block or bradycardia.
