Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •ASA I ¿ III of both sex, between 18 and 60 years undergoing laparoscopic abdominal surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Open surgeries.
  • •\- If the surgery proceeded to laparotomy.
  • •\- BMI ¿ 35 Kg/m.
  • •\- Known allergy or hypersensitivity against levobupivacaine, other amino\-amide local anesthetics, or dexmedetomidine.
  • •\- Coagulopathy; septicemia.
  • •\- Abnormalities in ECG that are considered clinically relevant like AV block or bradycardia.
