入排标准
入选标准
- •1. Women undergoing caesarean section at Gestational age > 34 weeks with American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score of I-II
- •2. BMI -18.5 to 29.5 kg/m2
排除标准
- •1. Pregnant women with known allergy to drug bupivacaine
- •2. Thrombocytopenia, HELLP Syndrome, Eclampsia, Connective tissue disorders, Anti phospholipid antibody syndrome
- •3. Women requiring General Anesthesia
- •4. Local infection at site of injection.
- •5. Severe maternal or fetal compromise.
- •6. Prolonged duration of surgery (due to PPH, bladder injury).
