Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Women undergoing caesarean section at Gestational age \> 34 weeks with American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score of I\-II
  • •2\. BMI \-18\.5 to 29\.5 kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pregnant women with known allergy to drug bupivacaine
  • •2\. Thrombocytopenia, HELLP Syndrome, Eclampsia, Connective tissue disorders, Anti phospholipid antibody syndrome
  • •3\. Women requiring General Anesthesia
  • •4\. Local infection at site of injection.
  • •5\. Severe maternal or fetal compromise.
  • •6\. Prolonged duration of surgery (due to PPH, bladder injury).
