Inclusion Criteria
Epithelial endometrial cancer- endometrioid, papillary serous, clear-cell, squamous, mucinous, undifferentiated, carcino-sarcoma
Surgery as primary definitive treatment modality
Exclusion Criteria
Double primaries
Uterine sarcomas
Patients receiving neo-adjuvant chemotherapy/radiotherapy
Previous h/o radiation to the pelvis
Secondary uterine cancers
Residual tumour
History of tubal ligation

Name Time Method To analyse the rate of tumour cells dissemination during hysterectomy after fallopian tube and cervical os occlusion compared to non- interventional arm with the help of peritoneal and vaginal cytology in endometrial cancer. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 15 days

Name Time Method Rate of positive peritoneal cytology (PPC) in endometrial cancer. <br/ ><br>Rate of abnormal endometrial cells detection on PAPs in endometrial cancer. <br/ ><br>Co-relation between PPC and other risk factors (histology, grade, LVSI, degree of myometrial infiltration) in endometrial cancer. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 month
