- •Patients with Subarachnoid haemorrhage posted for craniotomy and clipping will be enrolled in the study
排除标准
- •Extremes of ages <18 and >65 years
- •End organ failure/severe end organ damage
- •Stunned myocardium
- •Patients with known cardiac illness, severe arrhythmias and preoperative moderate/severe left ventricular dysfunction will not be assessed for induction hypotension
