Inclusion Criteria
Candidates posted for unilateral total knee replacement under ASA grading 1, 2, 3 are selected for study
Exclusion Criteria
patient refusal
morbidly obese
known allergy to anaesthetic and analgesic drugs
pre-existong neuromuscular disorders, cognitive dysfunction, psychiatric illness, peripheral neuropathy, valvular heart disease & bleeding disorder.
