1. The age is generally 18-80 years old;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of postoperative lumbar syndrome;
3. Understand the purpose of the study and be willing to follow the randomized treatment plan;
1. Cerebrospinal fluid leakage in the operation area after lumbar spine surgery or a second operation on the lumbar spine
2. Have a history of lumbar spine tumor, lumbar spine tuberculosis, lumbar spine trauma, lumbar spine infection, ankylosing spondylitis or lumbar spine deformity;
3. Have a history of coagulopathy, lupus erythematosus, diabetic neuropathy, rheumatoid arthritis or other serious medical diseases;
4. Pregnant women, people with psychotropic drug dependence or cognitive impairment.
