1. Aged >=65 years;
2. Patients planning to undergo elective orthopedic surgery;
3. Sign the informed consent form.
1. There are surgical incisions or surgical scars at the Zusanli/Taichong/Hegu/Neiguan points on both sides;
2. Patients with local skin infections at the meridian points;
3. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past four weeks;
4. ASA >=4;
5. Pacemaker patients;
6. Patients with chronic pain before operation, addiction and dependence on opioids;
7. Severe central nervous system disease and severe mental illness before operation;
8. Patients with a history of alcoholism.
