Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Diagnosed STEMI patient.
- •2 Patients aged 40 years or less.
- •3 Coronary anatomy feasible for OCT study.
- •4 Patient with informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Clinically or hemodynamically unstable
- •patients where OCT is deemed not feasible
- •(at the discretion of operator).
- •2 Previous PCI and stenting or coronary artery
- •bypass grafting.
- •3 End\-stage renal disease, serious liver
- •dysfunction and allergy to contrast media
- •4 Patients with left main coronary artery
- •disease or extremely tortuous or heavily
- •calcific culprit vessel.
