Inclusion Criteria
1 Diagnosed STEMI patient.
2 Patients aged 40 years or less.
3 Coronary anatomy feasible for OCT study.
4 Patient with informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Clinically or hemodynamically unstable
patients where OCT is deemed not feasible
(at the discretion of operator).
2 Previous PCI and stenting or coronary artery
bypass grafting.
3 End-stage renal disease, serious liver
dysfunction and allergy to contrast media
4 Patients with left main coronary artery
disease or extremely tortuous or heavily
calcific culprit vessel.
5 Poor OCT image quality.
6 Patients with no informed consent.
