Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1 Diagnosed STEMI patient.
  • •2 Patients aged 40 years or less.
  • •3 Coronary anatomy feasible for OCT study.
  • •4 Patient with informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Clinically or hemodynamically unstable
  • •patients where OCT is deemed not feasible
  • •(at the discretion of operator).
  • •2 Previous PCI and stenting or coronary artery
  • •bypass grafting.
  • •3 End\-stage renal disease, serious liver
  • •dysfunction and allergy to contrast media
  • •4 Patients with left main coronary artery
  • •disease or extremely tortuous or heavily
  • •calcific culprit vessel.
