入选标准
- •Children aged 1-10 yearswith american society of anesthesiologist physical status class I-III
排除标准
- •i. older than 11 years-old, youger than 1 year-old
- •ii. children who can't be inserted with i-gel
- •iii. Patients with acute or chronic lung disease such as RDS or BPD
- •iv. Patients with URI symptom or URI diagnosis within 2 weeks
- •v. Patients with a high risk of lung aspiration
- •vi. Patients with cervical disease or head and neck anomalies
- •vii. In patients with unstable vital signs (children receiving vasoactive drugs)
- •viii. Emergency surgery
- •(RDS: respiratory distress syndrome, BPD: bronchopulmonary dysplasia)
