Inclusion Criteria
sports type: handball, basketball, ice hockey, football (soccer), volleyball, American football
timing: return to unrestricted team training after acute shoulder injury (end of short-term disability for work)
Exclusion Criteria
re-injury: injury to the same shoulder within the last two months after return to unrestricted team training
chronic injury or complaint, such as degenerative rotator cuff tear

Name Time Method Superior Arm Distance in Upper Extremity Y-Balance Test<br><br>The Upper-Extremity Y-Balance Test (UE-YBT) is a validated tool to quantify distance of arm reach in three directions while stabilising the bodyweight on both feet and the other hand [Gorman et al., 2012]. The distance in every direction is recorded in centimeters. For the primary outcome parameter, the reach distance of the superior direction of the injured side will be compared to the non-injured side.
