Inclusion Criteria
Among adult patients aged 18 or older who were hospitalized in surgical and medical intensive care unit at Catholic Kwandong University International St. Mary's Hospital from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019 and patients who were given Dexmedetomidine more than twice during their hospitalization.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patients who admitted in intensive care unit less than 48 hours
2) Lack of information of dexmedetomidine infusion rate, dose, or related fluids
