Inclusion Criteria
Age from 18 years to 70 years
All etiologies of portal hypertension requiring TIPSS or BRTO
Including patients receiving Rifaximin for secondary prophylaxis of hepatic encephalopathy
Exclusion Criteria
Age greater than70 years
Acute or Active GI bleed
Past history of Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis
Previous Biliary Interventions
Pregnancy
