Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I and II.
Age 18-60 years of either sex.
Patient undergoing elective lower abdominal wall, perineum surgeries, orthopedic, Gynaecology under CSE anaesthesia.
Exclusion Criteria
Obesity (BMI >30kgm-2)
Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia
Known allergy to local anaesthetics
Bleeding diathesis
Patient is on any anti-coagulant therapy
Patient with abnormal vertebral anatomy
Previous spine surgeries
