Inclusion Criteria
- A parent (aged 18 years or above) with at least one child aged between 0-18 years and diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder<br>2) Primary caregivers of autistic children (at least 20 hours per week for at least one year)<br>3) A parent with mild or more severe depression or anxiety [Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ)-9 or General Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD)-7 is rated 5 or higher]<br>4) Can use mobile phones, WeChat, and Tencent software <br>5) Able to read, speak, and write Chinese<br>
Exclusion Criteria
- Participants who are currently receiving treatment for severe psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and mania<br>2) Current participation in other psychological programs that aim to improve their psychophysiological well-being<br>3) Present cognitive, hearing, or visual impairments<br>
