Inclusion Criteria

Patient fulfilling rome IV criteria

Exclusion Criteria

1)Patients with systemic diseases

Systemic disease – diabetes , hypercalcemia , hypothyroidisim, multiple sclerosis , spinal cord lesion , cerebrovascular accidents , parkisonism , hirschsprung’s disease .

2)Pregnant and lactating mothers

3)Patients undergoing any drug therapy.

4)Patient with severe Comorbidities (Renal disease, Hepatic Disease, IHD, CABG).

5)Patients with vibandh because of Obstructive pathology.

6)Colon and Rectal CA.
