- •any patients admitted on Ward one due to acute kidney injury, chronic renal failure, and established renal failure (on haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis or transplant).

- •patients with learning disabilities, mental illness, dementia, terminal illness, being unconscious, emergency situations, and inability to consent for themselves.
