- need for intensive care medicine
- adult

Exclusion Criteria

- anuria
- Missing substance detection in the LC-MS / MS in the urine

1. Would the existence of the exact substance identification have influenced the diagnostic and / or the treatment in the acute situation?<br><br>2. Can the severity of poisoning be determined on the basis of the semi-quantitative LC-MS / MS results in the serum?<br><br>3. Would the additional presence of the active substance concentration in the serum have influenced the diagnostic and / or the treatment in the acute situation?
