1. Patients between the age group of 21 to 60 years irrespective of their gender,
religion and occupation.
2. Patients having S.TSH level >5.0mU/L
3. Patients having S.T3 level <80ng/dl and S.T4 level <5.0ug/dl
4. Patients willing to sign consent form for the study
1. Patients not fulfilling the inclusion criteria.
2. Patients having history of disease like Cardio vascular disease, Malignancy,
Tuberculosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Renal Function impairment, Hypertension,
RHD etc.
3. Pregnant women and Lactating mothers.
4. Patients not willing to sign the consent form for participating in research study.
