Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1. Patients presenting with coronary
- •artery disease.
- •2. Age above 18 years.
- •3. Patients of both gender
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Documented pre-existent thyroid disease on treatment.
- •2. Patients using corticosteroids, amiodarone.
- •3. Patients who have received any iodinated contrast agent within previous two weeks.
- •4. Patients with established diseases, such as neoplasias, chronic renal failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease requiring antibiotic therapy, liver cirrhosis, active infection and decompensated diabetes mellitus.
- •5. Age less than 18 years.
