Inclusion Criteria
- •1) patient who is scheduled off-pump coronary artery bypass and has renal function is normal
- •2) over 20 year old
- •3) who agree and sign to
Exclusion Criteria
- •1) patient who deny informed consent
- •2) emergency operation
- •3) preoperative estimated Glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2 or renal failure patient
- •4) preoperative hyponatremia or electrolyte disturbance
- •5) Preoperative administration of inotropes or mechanica assist deviced applied patient
- •6) left ventricular ejection fraction < 40 %
- •7) patient who has surgery requiered aortic or cardiac valve disease
- •8) etc, researcher's judgement

Balanced crystalloids versus balanced colloids within a goal-directed hemodynamic protocol in patients undergoing gynaecological tumor resection.Balancierte Kristalloide versus balancierte Kolloide im Rahmen eines zielgerichteten Hämodynamik-Protokolls bei Patientinnen zur gynäkologischen TumoroperatioThe drugs Jonsteril and Volulyte6% will be investigated in female patients undergoing a tumor reduction operation. The study population will be female patients with metastatic ovarian carcinoma.
