- •Aged 18 years and above, patients with peritonitis scheduled for emergency exploratory laparotomy.
排除标准
- •Patients <18 years old.
- •Known metabolic disorders
- •Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis
- •Patients with low GCS<=14
- •Patients with trauma and blood loss
- •Patients with history of difficult intubation
