Inclusion Criteria
Parents of former premature infants (BW < 1500 g and birth after december 31st, 2009)
- Postnatal treatment of the premtaure infant(s) at the University Medical Center oft he Johannes Gutenberg-University Mainz, Mainz, Germany
- (Assistant) physicians with at least 6 months of professional experience in a/the NICU
Exclusion Criteria
- Absent consent/assent
- Insufficient knowledge of German language
- Acute, severe psychiatric condition/disease

Name Time Method 1. Parental preference with regard to the manner of prognostic disclosure:<br>a. Parental preference for video B or A (dichotomous question with 1 = first video and 2 = second video).<br>b. Rating of the desired level of optimism when an unfavorable prognosis is conveyed (unimodal, fully verbalized 7-point rating scale from 1 = not at all optimistic to 7 = very optimistic). <br>
