Inclusion Criteria
Hindi, Marathi or English-speaking parents with a child under the age of 18 with advanced cancer
(defined as a cancer that had recurred and/or is refractory to therapy)
Agreed to meet with the childâ??s oncology/ palliative care clinician to discuss the recurrent or
refractory cancer
Child is receiving/ received primary oncology care at our center or is coming for a second opinion
Exclusion Criteria
Participants who do not agree for the qualitative interview
