Paediatric doctors: those who work in the emergency outpatient department between 4.30 and 10 pm and who are willing to participate
Parents: those who visit the emergency outpatient department between 4.30 and 10 pm and who are willing to participate

Exclusion Criteria

Paediatric doctors: leading position
Parents: those who do not understand and speak German sufficiently
