1.Age 18 to 25 years
2.having a regular menstrual cycle (28–32 days)
3.having menstruation cramps
4.Suffering from primary dysmenorhea
5.Suffering from menstrual pain within the recent three consecutive months
6.no history of joint , motion ,muscle or bone diseases which reduce the ability to exercise
7.no history of mental and physical diseases
1.Diagnosis of secondary dysmenorhea due to pelvic pathology, such as uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, endometriosis or pelvic inflammatory diseases.
2.Lactating, currently pregnant.
3.Taking no sedatives medications.
4.Pharmacology as a method of treatment.
5.Depressive or anxiety disorder, or use of psychiatric medication such as anti depressant.
6.Using an intra ?uterine contraceptive device (IUD) or taking oral contraceptive pills (OCP).
